About

Starting my journey in the Sports and Leisure industry as a Fitness Trainer in 2005 has provided me with a strong foundation to develop my Sports Massage and Muscular Therapy skills over the years. I have continually refined my abilities, drawing on my extensive experience in training individuals to achieve their physical goals. These goals vary widely, encompassing general wellbeing, sport recovery and performance enhancements, as well as strategies to manage various health conditions. Initially, I focused on exercise regimens for beginners, but as my expertise grew, I gravitated toward specialising in exercise for rehabilitation from injury. This diverse background allows me to apply a wealth of training knowledge to assist clients in recovering from muscular overuse resulting from exercise, injuries, or simply to improve overall physical function.

Since beginning my massage practice in 2013, I have cultivated a genuine passion for alleviating physical pain and for preventing its recurrence. My clients come to see me for various reasons; some are preparing for or recovering from marathons, while others are athletes engaged in regular sports. I also help those experiencing pain due to occupational factors, such as back, neck, shoulder, calf, or wrist pain stemming from lifting heavy objects or prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Additionally, I assist clients dealing with everyday strains, such as those incurred while carrying children or walking dogs. I see a range of clients, including those who require support with mobility or experience general pain related to aging.

I encourage anyone facing pain to reach out and discuss how I can assist you. I am pleased to offer a free consultation to explore your needs at a time that is convenient for you. For booking, please check the Services page to book online. Alternatively, feel free to email me via the Contact Page if online sessions are not available, and we can work together to find a session time that best suits your schedule.
